Registration for Ottawa Dance Centre School’s 2025/2026 season is now open and will remain open all year.

We have introduced a new registration process. Please review our courses and schedule prior to beginning your registration.

Register for Recreational, Adult Classes & Junior Ballet Gateway Program

Please review the schedule and fees for our recreational classes.

After completing the registration form, please read, sign and return the Policy, Payment and Agreement Form. The Policy, Payment and Agreement Form must be returned to our office electronically at office.odcs@gmail.com. Registration will not be complete without a signed PPA form and the $30 registration fee per student. Registration fees are accepted via etransfer to odcs@ottawadancecentre.ca.

To Register:
  1. Complete the Registration Form
  2. Read and Sign the Payment, Policy and Agreement Form
  3. Return the PPA form via email
  4. Pay the $30 registration fee

You will be sent an invoice with your tuition amount owning on each of the dates outlined below under “Fees”. We are now accepting online payments via Debit Card, Credit Card, Apple Pay and Electronic Bank Transfer for tuition. You can also still pay via etransfer. Please make your registration fee payment via etransfer to: odcs@ottawadancecentre.ca

Register for the Ballet Intensive Program

As the Ballet Intensive Program is by acceptance only, please contact the faculty at ODCS prior to completing any registration forms. If you have been approved for registration please follow the steps below.

Note: If your student would not like to take any additional classes outside of their Ballet Intensive Program set classes, please select “Ballet Intensive Program Schedule only”, in the class selection question of the form.

If your student would like to take additional classes, please select “Ballet Intensive Program Schedule and Additional Classes”, and then proceed to also select the additional classes they wish to register for.

To Register:

Register for Workshop Weekends

Workshop Weekends are by acceptance only. We ask that each applicant submits two photographs via email to odcs@ottawadancecentre.ca in addition to the application form:

  • Arabesque en l’air
  • Tendue a la seconde

Students may apply for Workshop Weekends at any time.

Fees

Fees for each Recreational Program course are listed on their individual course pages which can be accessed by clicking on the desired class in the schedule. Fees for the Ballet Intensive Program and Junior Ballet Gateway Program will be provided during registration.

 

Fee Payment Terms: ALL PROGRAMS

Fees can be paid in full for the academic year (2 semesters) upon registration. Otherwise, see the fee schedule below.
You will be sent an invoice with your amount owning on each of the dates below.

Fee Schedule:

Registration Fee must be paid with registration
Semester 1 payment must be paid by 5th September 2025.
Semester 2 payment must be paid by 5th January 2026.
Ballet Intensive Program and Junior Ballet Gateway Program payment 3 must be paid by 27th March 2026.

Failure to make the payments by the dates listed above may result in the removal of your/your child’s registration. Please contact the office if you wish to discuss the payments.
